For all design needs in turning a house into your home

We can assist you in designing your New Build or Renovation project in 2 stages:

• Stage 1 - 1 Hour Design Brief & Concept Design

I will meet you in person or online to discuss your potential project. We will focus on the type of design you are requiring which represents the spaces, relationships and circulation of the building. After the meeting I will draw a design based on your brief and provide you with the design brief, a concept plan, any information you have provided and site information (if available). 

Fee for Stage one = $100 per hour

• Stage 2 - Redefined/Developed Design

After your feedback from the concept plan, I will make any changes that you require and draw a redefined concept plan which includes the floorplan, elevations and 3D visuals to show the spatial layout and flow of the building. We will also confirm the materials you would like to use for things such as the external cladding, roofing, flooring, windows & doors and interior fittings & fixtures. We will also discuss the electrical and plumbing details such as the locations and quantities of power points, switches, lighting and appliances.  The documentation includes all detailed drawings such as Floorplan, Electrical & Drainage Plans, Roof plan, Elevations, 3D views and Sections as well as the specification for materials.

Fee for Stage two = $150 per hour

From here you will be able to get an estimate from your chosen builder/Contractor.
